Vehicle Crime

Dear resident,

We have received reports relating to VEHICLE CRIME as well as PEDAL BIKE THEFT in the SA1 area.

Please be vigilant and remember to lock your vehicle / secure your pedal bike with necessary locks at all times.

Follow the below crime prevention advice:

ENSURE ALL DOORS ARE LOCKED

ENSURE ALL WINDOWS ARE SHUT

DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES INSIDE THE VEHICLE

SET ANY SECURITY DEVICES WHEN LEAVING THE VEHICLE

ENSURE ANY BIKES ARE SECURELY CHAINED AND NECESSARY LOCKS ARE IN PLACE

LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE/BIKE IN A WELL LIT AREA OR KEEP YOUR BIKE IN A SECURE GARAGE/GARDEN

CCTV COVERING THE LOCATION WHERE YOUR VEHICLE IS PARKED CAN HELP TO DETER THEFT AS WELL AS PROVIDE EVIDENCE IF REQUIRED.
